- Open the rewards menu from the dashboard.
- Add a reward: title, description, photo and cost in points.
- Edit or remove rewards at any time.
- Open the QR scanner and scan the guest's code.
- Choose Add Points and enter the amount.
- Save. The balance updates right away.
- Scan the guest's code.
- Choose Redeem next to the reward. The button is inactive if the balance is too low.
- Confirm. The points are deducted.

How a guest joins at your restaurant.
- Place the QR code we provide on your counter, tables or menu.
- The guest scans it with their phone camera. mybutterfly opens in the browser.
- The guest logs in, or creates an account in seconds with Google sign-in.
- Their personal QR code is then ready to be scanned for points.
Rewards menu
What guests can redeem with you.
- Open the rewards menu from the dashboard.
- Add a reward with a title, a short description and a photo.
- Set its cost in points and save.
- Edit or remove rewards at any time.
Adding points
At checkout or at the table.
- Open the QR scanner and scan the guest's code.
- The guest's name and current balance appear.
- Choose Add Points, enter the amount and save.
- The guest sees the new balance right away.
Redeeming rewards
When a guest wants to spend points.
- Scan the guest's code.
- Rewards the guest can afford show an active Redeem button.
- Choose Redeem and confirm.
- The points are deducted and the transaction is logged.
The guest app

- Guests sign in with Google, or with email and password.
- The home screen shows the rewards and their cost.
- The QR tab shows their personal code.

Who decides how many points a visit is worth?
You do. Your team enters the amount at each visit.
Can guests spend points from another restaurant with me?
No. Guests use one account across the network, but points earned at your restaurant are redeemed at your restaurant.
